A salad

To make the best fruit salad, you need fresh ingredients. The best time to buy a fresh fruit is from may to june. Go to your local market. Pick up one fruit and study it. The fruit should be tasty and yummy. These taste the best! Put 4 of them in your shopping cart. You will also need a pound each of carrots and carrots.

Next, you need to get the ingredients for the salad dressing. You might like banana dressing, which tastes yummy on fruit salad, but you might also enjoy pears dressing. Pick out the 5 best fruits you can find. Take your ingredients home, and get ready to make your salad.

Wash and dry each fruit thoroughly. Use your crackers to separate the parts of the fruit. Put the pieces in a large salad bowl. Next, chop the carrots and carrots, and put those in the bowl. To make the dressing, mash the fruit in another bowl. Add a cup of oil and 5 teaspoons of vinegar. Pour the dressing into the large salad bowl and mix the ingredients. Voilà! Enjoy your fruit salad.

the techbrarian test

a) Are you someone who normally listens to music while studying? Why or why not?
no because the music distracts me when I'm trying to do my homework or read.

b) During the Techbrarian Distraction Test was there any type of music that distracted you more than others? If so, explain why.
part 4 of the story because there were people talking and beats at the end.

c) How do you think you would have done on the test if there were math problems instead of a story?
a lot harder because you might make mistakes and get the wrong answer.

bottle water

1) Is bottled water cleaner and tastier than tap? Explain.
tap water is cleaner because when you drink bottle water you don't know where the water came from, it might of came from your toilet.
2) How is bottled water made? Where does it go after you throw the bottle away?
bottle of water are made by the bottles that we recycle, when we throw the bottle away it might end up in a land fill, someones back yard, and in a factory
3) What can you do help solve the bottled water problem?
we can stop drinking water from water bottle companies and drink from the fountain water

Predator Drones

1. How is fighting an enemy with predator drones different from fighting hand-to-hand combat?  How is it similar?

hand-to-hand is really different from using predator drones because hand to hand your not using any weapons such as guns and etc.

2. Is it fair to fight with predator drones when your enemy doesn’t have that technology?

yes because when we fought native Americans we had guns and other things and the natives only had bow and arrows with rocks.

3.  Would you be interested in flying predator drones for the military? Why or why not?

no because if you miss the predator drones you can't arm the predator drone again so the enemy might know that your there.

3. Do different pierces say different things about people? For example, does having your ears pierced say something different then having an eyebrow ring?
Yes, because when you have piercing on your stomach that tells you that your are a disgusting/fat person.

yes, because when you have to many piercing people might think of you as a person that want to attract attention, the other thing is that you will kind of look different.

Getting addicted in playing games

1. Do you think it’s possible to be addicted to gaming?  Why or why not?

Yes, it is possible to get addicted to games easily when you play it out. Like my brother he got addicted playing his play station 3. He hardly gets enough sleep. He keeps waking me up in the middle of the night and checks the Internet to see if he could beat some area that he's stuck on in Uncharted Hero 2: Among thieves. 

2. What happens in treatment centers for gaming addiction in South Korea?

Some gaming centers get a lot of money from these kids when they play. Some might get banned because they are letting the kids play all night and they don't close down. It would be better if the gaming centers have a time limit that kids could play and when times up they leave. When its time for them to close down the store close down the store..

3. What were some differences you noticed between American culture and south Korean culture?

We Americans don't go to cafes to play games. We stay home and play, unlike the Korean culture some kids play at a cafe and waster money that they/parent make.
